Description
Our beef is Angus, naturally raised on our farm for 18 to 24 months. We grass-feed (pasture-raise) and grain-finish our beef to enhance the flavor and quality of our product. Every one of our Angus Beef Cattle is humanely raised and processed in accordance with our high standards.
The ground beef bundle includes 20 lbs. of USDA-inspected Ground Round. Consists of 20 x 1 lb. packages of Ground Beef.
Our ground round is not classified as 80/20 or 90/10. So, when asked, we answer that this beef is much better than store-bought ground beef. You have to taste the difference, and you will never go back to store-bought meat again!
