Beef
Our Beef
Happy Kids Farm beef products are grass-fed, grain-finished Angus Beef.
During the winter months, our cattle receive top-quality hay and grain. We raise our hay and mix all our cattle feed on-site to ensure a healthy and delicious product for you and your family.
Our cattle receive the best care possible, and their well-being is at the forefront of every management decision.
We use a reputable USDA-inspected locker for all our processing to ensure quality in every package of beef that you purchase from us!
Our Fees
There are two popular methods used for selling beef. Hanging Weight or Price per Pound. Here at Happy Kids Farm, we use the bulk sales method of the animal's hanging weight for all our sales.
We charge $4.75 per lb. hanging weight on our beef.
We allow you to purchase 1/4, 1/2, or whole packages of beef; the package size you choose is up to you.
Our USDA-inspected butcher charges processing fees, which average $1.00 per pound and are based on your final cut and packaging choices. Our processor can explain your cutting and packaging options and discuss your final per-pound costs. We include a split fee for the smaller 1/4 beef package, which is added to the package cost for processing/handling.

Pork
Our Pork
We raise our pigs to be pigs! All of our pigs are pasture-raised, allowing them to roam and run freely as they please. They have their mud bog, a watering hole that will enable them to escape the hot summer months. We feed our pigs Purina Pig Pellets and crimped corn, which we mix here on the farm.
Our pigs are well-cared for and treated humanely, receiving the best possible care with their well-being at the forefront of every management decision.
