1/4 Beef Package

Description

Our beef is Angus, naturally raised on our farm for 18 to 24 months. We grass-feed (pasture-raise) and grain-finish our beef to enhance the flavor and quality of our product. Every one of our Angus Beef Cattle is humanely raised and processed according to our high standards.

The 1/4 Beef Package is our most economical beef package. Your deposit reserves your 1/4 Beef for our next processing date.

• We sell by the hanging weight.
• Our beef is processed locally at a USDA-inspected meat locker (cost is ~$1.00 per lb. based on hanging weight, and processing is included in the price)
  • Each cut is individually wrapped, except for steaks, which typically come two per pack.
  • Our beef is custom-processed to our specifications. We can assist you with your order, and our meat processor is also very helpful for first-time buyers.
  • Changes to our custom-processed specifications are not available on the 1/4 beef package.
• Your deposit reserves your 1/4 beef. We will invoice you for the balance once the final hanging weight is known on the processing date.
• A 1/4 beef will average 75-100 lbs. of finished cut/packaged meat
• The total cost averages $900 to $1,000.00. The price will vary depending on the animal's size, but you’ll always get what you pay for!
  • (1/4 beef packages incur a $50.00 split-fee included in price)
• This package will take up 25% of a large upright freezer
• When you place your order
  • We will contact you to confirm your order and address any questions you may have regarding your processing date, cutting instructions, delivery, and other details.
• On your processing date
  • We will contact you to let you know when your meat bundle will be available for pickup at the Happy Kids Farm.
  • We will provide you with the final invoice amount for your beef package (based on hanging weight)
• On your pickup date
  • The final invoice must be paid in full
