Description

Our beef is Angus, naturally raised on our farm for 18 to 24 months. We grass-feed (pasture-raise) and grain-finish our beef to enhance the flavor and quality of our product. Every one of our Angus Beef Cattle is humanely raised and processed according to our high standards.

The Full Beef Package allows you complete control over how you want your beef processed. This is one of our lowest-priced methods for purchasing beef. Your deposit reserves your Full Beef for our next processing date.

• We sell by the hanging weight.
• Our beef is processed locally at a state-inspected meat locker (processing averages $0.90 to $1.10 per lb. of hanging weight. Standard processing is included in the price)
  • Each cut is individually wrapped, except for steaks, which typically come in packs of two.
  • Our beef is custom-processed to your specifications. Our processor will contact you to discuss your cutting and packaging options.
  • If you want your beef custom-processed to your specifications, be aware that this could incur additional processing costs, which will be reflected in your final invoice.
• The deposit reserves your Full Beef. We will invoice you for the balance once the final hanging weight is known on the processing date.
• A Full Beef will average 375-425 lbs. of finished cut/packaged meat
• The total cost averages $3,500-$4,200. The price will vary depending on the animal’s size, but you’ll always get what you pay for!
• This package will take up 95% of a large upright freezer
• When you place your order
  • We will contact you to confirm your order and address any questions you may have regarding your processing date, cutting instructions, delivery, and other details.
• On your processing date
  • We will contact you when your meat bundle is available for pickup at the Happy Kids Farm.
  • We will provide you with the final invoice amount for your beef package (based on hanging weight and any custom processing you may have requested)
• On your pickup date
  • The final invoice must be paid in full
