In-Shop Deals

Get your grills fired up!
In addition to our Beef Patties Special, we have several other great In-Shop deals this week on the following items.
🥩 This Week's Featured Cuts
Beef Brisket
The ultimate “low and slow” masterpiece. Our brisket is marbled with just enough fat to self-baste during a long smoke, resulting in a tender, pull-apart texture and a deep, beefy crust (the bark) that is second to none. Whether you’re slicing it thin or shredding it for sandwiches, it’s the king of the barbecue.
Minute (Cube) Steak
For those who want big flavor without the wait, our minute steaks are tenderized and ready for action. They are the perfect canvas for a classic chicken-fried steak with peppery gravy or sliced thin for a lightning-fast stir-fry. Lean, efficient, and incredibly satisfying.
Ground Beef (80/20)
The gold standard for juicy versatility. Our 80/20 blend provides the ideal meat-to-fat ratio, ensuring your meatloaf stays moist and your tacos are bursting with flavor. It’s the reliable workhorse of the farm shop that never skips on taste.
Ground Chuck Patties
Take the guesswork out of burger night. These patties are crafted from premium ground chuck, known for its rich, buttery flavor profile. Because they are pre-formed, they cook evenly, holding onto those delicious juices to deliver a steakhouse-quality burger right in your backyard.
KC Strip
A local favorite for a reason. The Kansas City Strip offers a tighter grain than a ribeye but remains incredibly tender with a signature strip of fat along the edge that caramelizes beautifully on the grill. It’s a bold, “steak-lover's” steak with a robust chew and clean finish.
Ribeye Steak
The crown jewel of marbling. Our ribeyes are laced with fine intramuscular fat that melts during cooking, essentially frying the steak from the inside out in its own flavorful drippings. Expect a rich, velvety mouthfeel and a massive punch of savory beef flavor in every bite.
